2 Cups frozen mixed berries (blueberry, strawberry, raspberry)
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 Cup goat milk
1/2 Cup original rice milk or almond
1 scoop vanilla protein powder, no sugar added, I used Sunwarrior Protein powder
2-4 Tbsp Agave nectar (I only like the Madhava brand-it has a lighter flavor)
Blend and enjoy with a friend!
